My Story
For me, the biggest shift in my business and team dynamic has been moving from just showing up, to showing up with intention. I stopped playing small or running on autopilot, and I started leading from a place of purpose. I realized that I am not just here to sell fragrance, I am here to create connection, build confidence, and provide a safe space for others to grow, too.
I have gone through a lot behind the scenes, and every challenge became a chance to rebuild stronger. I shifted my mindset from survival to legacy. This business became less about what I could get from it and more about who I could become through it and who I could help along the way. That is what changed everything!
